Custom Packaging

The packaging industry has zeroed in on making OEM equipment to create super thin parts for pennies. However, many in-line forming companies do not bid on jobs with quantities less than 100,000 ea.

H&S Products offers a lower volume packaging solution. We are able to form packaging materials at a slightly thicker gauge (.030 inches starting thickness) on our presses with multi-family tooling. You can expect to pay more for each part, but we welcome lower quantities, filling a well-known gap in the plastics industry.

Another advantage to our thicker gauge packaging solutions is that start-up costs are affordable. Molds created for in-line forming, the high volume method of creating plastic packaging, must have many male and female molds that can withstand extreme heat and cold. These expensive mold making technologies aren't necessary with our process.

And, as always, we guarantee our mold will last as long as you need it to, or we will rebuild it for free.
