In 1981, H&S Products was established as a plastics thermoforming house, manufacturing custom plastic parts for companies requiring small, medium, or large production runs. We specialize in pressure forming, which provides part detail equal to injection molding with a much lower tool cost and much shorter lead time.

H&S Products was founded on the basis of creating quality products with flawless molds: our state-of-the-art tooling design creates molds with pinpoint accuracy, which in turn forms great parts. Our 40,000 square foot facility allows for an unmatched production capacity and provides the space for each step of the manufacturing process, from machining molds to forming and finishing parts.

Our thermoforming equipment can create a part as small as 6”x6” to as large as 84”x84”x48” deep or 48”x96”x36” deep.
